I have an issue with the pins failing (falling out) on customer orders. The pins are either not long enough or not completely pushed in. Very embarrassing and expensive to continually replace custom fans for customers. I had about 20 fail and when I asked this vendor for a replacement, they offered me to buy more fans! No, not if they are falling apart! Send me 20 good fans and I'll consider ordering more in the future. Until then, I will not be be placing nor recommending this vendor. When ordering, the response was fast and delivered on time, but the quality was poor.
